Local-first data
PressRun Ticket stores job tickets, client names, press setup notes, production quantities, proof notes, and backup files on your device unless you choose to export or share them. The app does not require an account and does not operate a developer-run cloud sync service.
Data collection
E STREAM MEDIA does not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, location data, contacts, photos, job tickets, backup files, or account credentials through the current PressRun Ticket app.
Purchases
PressRun Ticket offers an annual auto-renewable Pro subscription and a lifetime non-consumable Pro purchase. Purchases, refunds, billing, subscription management, and Restore Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store.
User-controlled export and import
You can create local backup/export files and import or restore them yourself. Exported files are under your control, so protect them as you would any production job record.

If you email support, E STREAM MEDIA receives the information you choose to include in that message, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and issue description.
