Backup and restore
PressRun Ticket keeps job tickets local to your device. Create backup exports regularly and store them somewhere you trust. If an import file is invalid, the app is designed to reject it without replacing existing records.
Purchases and Restore
Pro purchases are processed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in the app if an eligible annual subscription or lifetime purchase is not showing. Subscription cancellation and refund requests are managed through Apple.
No login required
The current app does not require an account. Support will never ask for your Apple ID password, one-time codes, or private keys.
